The MH-60R Systems Operator will work with Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) and Maintenance Contractors to perform and support training and operational/maintenance flight activities in accordance with helicopter maintenance program and plans at Jubail Navy Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Principal Accountabilities Provide instruction and oversight to RSNF pilots while operating MH-60R aircraft. Conduct refresher training flights consisting of: Familiarization, preflight, flight operations, and post flights. Not required to perform mission related flights. Assist RSNF designated FCF Pilots with all portions of maintenance functional check flights, including preflight briefing, preflight, flight checks, post flight and all required FCF documentation. Assist maintenance contractors with in-flight trouble shooting and/or verifications of maintenance discrepancies or repairs, by conducting ground and operational checks. (SAU) A1-H60RA-NFM-000, RSNF NATOPS Flight Manual (SAU) A1-H560RA-NFM-700A, FCF Pocket Checklist Local Directives, Instructions, SOPs, and guidelines as required by using activity and for execution of tasks. Knowledge & Skills AWR Navy Aircrewman Helicopter Operational Risk Management Crew Resource Management Advanced knowledge of MH-60R operational systems and capabilities. Knowledge of COMNAVAIRINST series maintenance programs and maintenance practices/procedures. Experience & Education Applicant must be a graduate of Fleet Replacement Aircrewman (FRAC) training, or equivalent designation as Systems Operator for helicopter weapons, sensors, crew-served weapons, and countermeasures. Minimum of 500 hours in MH-60R. Current or previous designation as instructor desired. Current or previous designation as a Rescue Swimmer desired. Physical Requirements/Working Environment Typically performs all functional duties independently.
