Senior Business Analyst - D365 F & O - Express Scripts Canada

Express Scripts Canada is actively looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst: D365 - Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will participate actively in understanding and analyzing the business requirements, documenting these requirements and work with the developers to deliver these solutions. KeyResponsibilities:Perform analysis to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and related benefits. Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive new products/features.Design architecture in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations with integrations to other modules using out of Box features in D365.Create or modify forms, SSRS reports, tables, Data Management Framework Entities for integration with external systems.Create in-house tools to automate the release workflow including builds for unit testing purposes and for releases.Help team with analyzing issues needing analytical expertise to meet the business needs. • Provide on-the-job training for new or existing team members.Provide off-hour support with on call rotation and create custom supporting documentation on methodologies and best practices on the technical aspects of implementationsQualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science/software engineering7-10 years of industry experience3+ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX (on-premise/on cloud)5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented design and development in X++, .NET (C#)Strong knowledge of SSRS, Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps, Azure FunctionsKnowledge of JIRA, ConfluenceExperience in Agile methodologies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:Microsoft Dynamics 365 MB-300/MB-500 Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Development, Extensions and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and OperationsProblem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.Ability to prioritize work load and meet multiple project deadlines.Strong oral and written facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to follow technical industry standards and methodology.Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.Technical Skills: Microsoft D365 ToolsetD365 - Finance and Operations ModuleD365 - Inventory ModuleAzure Logic AppsAzure Data LakeExpress Scripts Canada is a Cigna company Express Scripts Canada is a subsidiary of Express Scripts, a Cigna company.
