Job Description Support the HR Supervisor in performing Onboarding and HR operations activities as per business requirements and company goals. Responsibilities & Duties Support in arranging new joiner orientation Assist in conducting new joiner orientation for respective entities Assist in the preparation of employment contracts as per Saudi labor law Execute the onboarding process in a timely manner Assist in creating a new joiner's file Process employee's leave requests and update their information Assist in the addition and removal of employees in the GOSI system Assist in the registration of work-related injuries in GOSI Support in payroll processes as and when needed Process employees' loans and advance requests Issue employee letters and salary certificates Assist in the calculation and settling of the End of Service Benefits (ESB) Participate in employee engagement and cultural activities Support in coordinating and executing HR events Process employee's attendance and overtime Update all employees' data in the database Archive all employees' documents in their personal files and ensure to maintain them properly and safely Archive employee information and documents electronically Process the issuance and renewal of licenses, Iqamas, and labor cards Issue and renew all kinds of Visas e.g. new Visas, exit/re-entry visas, visit Visas, etc. Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances Desired Experience: 2years of experience Logistics and Supply chain experience preferred EducationBusiness Management And AdministrationHuman Resources And Personnel Management
