Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for taking the lead in driving an increase in business of the venue
Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality of F&B services, as well as driving high top line revenue and profit results
Understand the concept of the outlet thoroughly and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with team members on preparation, guest profiles, services to be performed and menus served
Job Requirements:
A hands-on approach and flexibility with a 'can-do' work attitude
A commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion
Minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)
Strong leadership and management skills
