Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Handling integrated facilities management contracts and ensure to achieve/exceed customer satisfaction in service delivery
Job Responsibilities:
Execution of AMC efficiently within the budget and ensure profitability of the same
Analyze and evaluate annual maintenance contract requirements, prepare HSE, operational risk assessment, contract execution plan, and identify the requirements on mobilization, transition, performance management phase of service delivery
Meeting, and reporting to client at regular intervals to maintain good communication and rapport with client and client's team
Track contract progress and ensure agreed SLAs and KPI's are met
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical
Computer skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
UAE Driving License
Language skills: English and Arabic
