JOB: Senior Manager Production

Senior Manager Production to oversee the production and manufacturing processes of secure technology cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex manufacturing operations, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards, efficiency, and security in the production of technology cards, such as smart cards, RFID cards, and other secure identification solutions.Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven relevant experience (10 years) in a manufacturing management role, preferably in the production of secure technology cards or related industries.In-depth knowledge of secure card manufacturing processes, technologies, and security standards.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in manufacturing operations.Understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the entire manufacturing process of secure technology cards, ensuring that production goals and quality standards are consistently met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, engineering, and logistics, to optimize manufacturing workflows.Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee the production of high-quality and secure technology cards.Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to secure technology card manufacturing, including data security, encryption, and other relevant security measures.Collaborate with security experts to implement and improve security protocols throughout the manufacturing process.Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the manufacturing process, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance.Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled manufacturing team.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing department.Manage production resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel.Implement and enforce environmentally friendly manufacturing practices.Generate regular reports on manufacturing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.The employee shall be responsible for abiding by the company's security policies and procedures and instructions issued from time to time.
