My name is Eugenia and I am the co-founder of the Family office Business Boutique (UAE-Consulting.com) in Dubai. We make UAE home for the life and business for entrepreneurs and investors from across the globe, helping them not only to establish legal entities in the UAE, to accompany them, but also to assist in solving a wide range of personal issues.
Responsibilities:
Working with supervisory and management-level HR staff to conduct recruitment projects
DMCC personnel accounting
Conducting reference verification and preparing summary documentation for finalizing hiring decisions for Talent Partners
Preparation and maintenance of all internal documentation of company employees and trainees
Participating in outreach events and job fairs
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in HR in Freezone in Dubai (DMCC experience is preferred)
Bachelor's degree
Highly attentive to details
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to observe and meet deadlines
