IT Project Manager

We want to deliver best-in-class solutions and to do so we need talented individuals who can make it happen.Your Responsibilities:Project ManagementPlanning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Utilize project management best practices to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are achieved effectively.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any roadblocks or challenges that arise during project execution.Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including leadership and team members.Embrace Agile principles and methodologies, implementing Scrum or other relevant frameworks to drive iterative product development and project execution.Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to improve team performance and product quality continuously.Product OwnershipLead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify product opportunities and improvements.Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments throughout the product life cycle.Quality Assurance and Customer SatisfactionDefine and maintain product quality standards, working closely with QA teams to ensure products meet quality benchmarks.Monitor customer feedback and user metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction.Leading projects end-to-end, from inception and vision creation through to acceptance into service and support.Manage project financials including initial business case, estimates, budgets, and forecasts across Opex and Capex.Proactivity manage a complex project stakeholder environment up to the executive level across multiple internal functions.Lead and manage internal resources across a matrix organization and across a supplier landscape globally.Define and manage a clear communication strategy across project teams up to executive levels.Create and maintain an accurate program-wide RAID log and ensure that the relevant parties are involved in addressing each factor.Create and manage sprints, project planning, and administration in JIRA.Establish an approach for ensuring the realization of benefits and the measurement of those benefits against the business case across the entire program.Close projects and conduct lessons learned sessions to capture and document the knowledge and ensure its availability to other program and project managers.Cross-functional CollaborationFoster strong relationships with various teams, including development, IT operations, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.Facilitate effective communication and coordination between team members to promote a productive and positive work environment.Personal Profile:Proven project management expertise for at least 4 years.Strong personality, excellent client-facing, and internal communication abilities.Delivered various projects/programs on time and on budget.Experience across multiple project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile and hybrid).Ability to apply both creative and pragmatic thinking to problem-solving.Can work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.Proven leadership and people management expertise, with the ability to prioritize activities and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.Self-motivated, driven, and proactive; able to acclimate in a very fast-paced environment.Benefits :Competitive salary package.Paid time off and holidays.Leave benefits including disability, paid family medical leave, and paid military leave.Additional benefits include employee PC / laptop plan, family planning reimbursement, tuition/training and exams reimbursement, transportation/travel expense, and more!About IT22At IT22 we have hungry minds.
