Job DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:Reporting to Group Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.• Write and post job descriptions on career websites and any other means.• Source candidates using databases, career portals, career fairs and social media.• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.• Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.• Prepare new hire paperwork, ensuring legislation requirements are met.• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.• Attend job fairs and careers events.• Any other recruitment duties as assigned.Onboarding Responsibilities:• Initiate the pre-arrival process by following the onboarding policies & procedures.• Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all operational arrangements are in order to create the best-personalized experience possible for new joiners.• Provide exceptional service that supports the integration of new joiners into FRS Makkah by providing administrative assistance, resources, and knowledge, ensuring the best-personalized experience possible.• Overall, ensure new employees experience a smooth transition into life at FRS Makkah.• Supervise Onboarding tasks.• Provide updates to allocated sector-concerned colleagues of new joiners in the onboarding process.• Arrange meetings with new joiners to provide updates on the onboarding process and provide necessary guidance.• Provide updates to the Onboarding manager with the progress of new joiner onboarding progress for sectors allocated• Plan and coordinate induction days with L&D.• Any other onboarding duties as assigned.Performance Management Responsibilities:• Design, maintain, monitor, and enhance the performance management of the Center.• Advise management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with Accor's policies and procedures.• Implement competency models for the various positions and provide guidance to managers to assess the competencies of employees.• Improve performance management processes• Analysis of the performance drivers and define relevant KPIs for performance management• Monitor and track KPIs and OKRs and address performanceQualificationsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree is a necessary requirement• Proven work experience in HR/related field• Excellent communication skills• English language fluency• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline• Solid knowledge of Talent & Culture policies and best practices• Familiarity with Talent & Culture databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
