"This is anOnsiterole nearI.I Chundrigarhroad, Karachi"SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on individual who can come in and independently lead theBusiness Intelligence function.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Business Intelligence team in building a long-term vision and strategy to develop the business and setting budget goals and driving to meetbudgeted performance.Responsible for the Profit n Loss and developing strategies to ensure thefinancial success of the unit.Responsible for procuring and managing BI engagements. Lead the engagementteam to understand the client's needs and expectations and that the work product isclient-focused, clear, accurate and well-presented; ensure work is delivered timelymanner; and monitor engagement team's performance against the budget and alter ifnecessary.Take a lead in developing transformational product offerings for BI services, and takean active role and responsibility for business development activities - such asfocusing on key client accounts, driving business development activities, designing,and overseeing winning proposals and presenting to senior client stakeholders.Keep up to date with current regional and global economic and business trends,particularly maintaining a keen interest in how these trends impact on our clients soyou can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.Assist in the management and coaching of junior team members during projects andactively mentor junior colleagues in the team.Qualifications / ExperienceMaster's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or arelated field.Relevant BI related certifications are a plusMinimum of 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics,or arelated field.Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a BI or analytics team.SkillsProficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and databasemanagement.Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and marketdynamics.Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve businessgoals.Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholdersat all levels.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholderexpectations.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):How many year of BI experience do you have?Current Pay?Expected Pay?#J-18808-Ljbffr
