Role Description Our Client: An international large leading firm with their offices located in Stellenbosch, are seeking a Commercial Property & Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team.  COMMERCIAL PROPERTY & CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (STELLENBOSCH) Qualifications and Experience Required: Matric Legal Secretary/ Coneyancing qualifications will be beneficial 5 years conveyancing experience  Microsoft packages  Experience in ABSA  bonds is essential In-depth knowledge of conveyancing software systems such as  Lexis Convey, Lotus Notes, E4 (portal based) Stordoc and Windeed Basic knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) accounting system will be beneficial Duties & Responsibilities: Typing & formatting legal documents & commercial agreements. Incorporating amendments to legal documents & commercial agreements. Maintaining/ updating client's contact details. Capturing time sheets of multiple professionals. Preparing pre-bills and billing memo's. Preparing resource & client files. Taking transfer (including sectional title) & bond instructions (including commercial bonds & notarial bonds) which include drawing of documents, checking of documents, attending to the signing of documents, registration of final accounts & despatching documents to clients. Preparing files accurately & according to specifications. Attending to lodgements & registrations of all conveyancing matters. Liasing with clients, correspondents & internal deeds office clerk/driver. Conducting property, person & company searches. FICA administration, following up to ensure the FICA requirements are complete. Ensure the filing systems are kept up to date. Remuneration: Market related based on experience. Submit your CV online.
