Project Director

ASK Development, PakistanMust have a BE or BS Civil Engineering / B. Architecture with MS in Project Management or Equivalent

Manages the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates any risk.

Oversees senior managers and managers working on client engagements within projects and organization.

Ensures that organizational social and ethical values are practiced and incorporated in the department at all levels.

Reviews high-level deliverables related to Construction, renovation projects across the organization.

Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all organizational engagements.

Provides leadership to organization & allied projects in all campuses and hospitals.

Develops, implements, and maintains sound organizational / departmental practices.

Develops and implements strategic objectives for the department that are aligned with the organization's strategic initiatives.

Project Accounting:

Reports project costs, anticipated estimates and allied accounting/budgeting aspects.

Consolidates and analyses profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across the organization.

Helps create project forecasts and broad-based financial picture for the organization.

Addresses and resolves all billing issues.

Ensures organization meets budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin.

Participates in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.

Reviews management evaluations for consistency.

Impresses upon management the importance of the career planning and performance evaluation programs.

Creates an environment where Innovators can successfully achieve professional career path goals.

Manages the development of project managers and senior managers.

Assigns tasks to organization management that gives managers an opportunity to grow.

Internal Operations:

Reviews status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate.

Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.

Enforces standard policies and procedures.

Job SpecificationExcellent organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills, including high standards of written communication, grammar, and spelling.

Information management skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to take responsibility for tasks, prioritizing and scheduling own work to ensure deadlines are met

Ability to prioritize work and respond effectively as new projects are introduced

Must have a BE or BS Civil Engineering / B. Architecture with MS in Project Management, Engineering Management, Technological Management or allied project based fields related with Civil and design projects experience of 20 and above years.

Candidates with PMP / Prince 2 certifications would be preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
