Syntech Fibres (Pvt) Ltd, PakistanDegree in Textile or Business Administration
1. Work with suppliers to agree on quality standards, price and delivery times
2. Plan and monitor production schedules and alter them when necessary
3. Work closely with maintenance technicians to overcome production hold-ups
4. Work with in-house design and sales teams and quality control department
5. Identify & plan of training needs for production staff
6. Review work performancesJob Specification1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Project management skills ability to develop and lead teams
3. Good organizational and planning skills
4. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Knowledge of computer designing software
6. Ability to think outside the box and be creative
7. A minimum 4 year experience in textile production, preferably in printing and/or finishing of fabrics#J-18808-Ljbffr
