Personal Lines - Account Executive

Nicol Insurance is seeking an individual who is results-driven, success-oriented, to grow an existing book of business through referrals of existing clients and their own personal connections. If you are motivated by the opportunity to increase annual income through sales this might be the right fit for you. Each file is managed by a team, one team member manages service-related initiatives, while the other will be expected to manage all aspects related to sales. You will proactively contact clients in order to generate new business, manage existing client needs and uphold high levels of retention.The candidate would start by working with the team learning the industry and Nicol Insurance values and procedures, with the end objective to transition into the sales role to grow the book of business by writing new policies.At Nicol Insurance, we take pride in providing outstanding service and assistance to our clients that goes beyond selling insurance products.
