Provide direction and guidance to staff to meet production targets and quality standards. Establish working methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections. Identify, evaluate, and control production-related risks. Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity. Supervise staff and ensure their training. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
