If you possesses an indepth understandingof the Middle Eastern market and is looking to join a fastgrowingand dynamic Management Consulting firm we encourage you to applyfor this excitingopportunity.RolesandResponsibilitiesMaintainsorganization staff by establishing a talent acquisition testing andinterviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommendingchanges.Develops and implements metrics toanalyze the impact of talent management initiatives processes andtools on the organizationSupport all aspectsof the performance management compensations system to includeCareer Advisory and Performance Development associatedprogramsMaintains a pay plan by conductingperiodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual payactions; recommending planning and implementing pay structurerevisions.Maintains employee benefits programsand informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefitneeds and trends; recommending benefit programs to management;directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining andevaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts;designing and conducting educational programs on benefitprograms.Ensures legal compliance bymonitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal andlocal emirate(s) requirements; conducting investigations;maintaining records; representing the organization athearings.Maintains management guidelines bypreparing updating and recommending human resource policiesprocedures and manual.Maintains historicalhuman resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;keeping past and current records.Orientationof new staff including ISO 9001:2012 office culture timingdiscipline policies etc. Supervised the monthly payroll forpermanent staff as well as temporary/freelancers/consultants andforwards to Finance for disbursement after getting managementapproval.Ensures that all field stafftimesheets are submitted to HR office timely and regularly as wellas analyzing the timesheets for any discrepancy/anomaly andreporting to the management.Maintains allinsurance policies of the company including group health insurancepolicy for any additions and deletions upon staff joining andleaving.Completes all formalities anddocumentation for staff resigned/terminated in accordance withcompany policies as well as UAE LaborLaw.Ensures with PRO that all staff visaslabor permits any other related tasks as well as renewal of companytrade licenses for all VME companies are done on timelymanner.Provides general administrative supportsuch as preparing correspondence forms and reports arrangingmeetings composing regular correspondence processing confidentialreports and documents filing electronic and hard copy trackingdeadlines and taking down minutes asneeded.Initiates and completes the cycle ofperformance evaluation for all staff. Manages the HR &Admin staff delegate work and ensures that duties are performedaccordingly.Keeps the offices in properworking condition all the times and address staff requirements. Anyother related tasks asassigned.SkillsandQualificationsAtleast 10 years relative experience preferably in a ConsultingCompany. Use of MS applicationsExcellentCommunication SkillsExcellent communication(Read Write Speak and Listen) skills in English and Arabic(preferably)Excellent knowledge of HR andTalent Management Good Practices and UAELawsAble to work and handle people fromdifferent nationalitiesGood knowledge ofrelevant computer applications e.g. MS Officeetc.Selfmotivated to work independently andwith teamDemonstrated commitment to completingtasks and objectives timely andeffectivelyWhat WeOfferCompetitivecompensationStrengthsbased engagementfocusedand performanceoriented cultureWorldclassleaders who support position empower andengageHighend different industryexposureRemote Work : No INT
