Kitchen Storekeeper

Give a weekly report of how theweekly purchases were utilized.Ensure that allthe issuances from the stores are properly accounted for andutilized by various departments.Have stockmovement report prior to weekly stockrequisition.Check the store for any breakagesor routine maintenance.Ensuring promptutilization and accountability ofstock.Control and track stock levels, timelyordering and verification of thesupplies.Estimate food consumption, placeorders with suppliers, schedule delivery and check the quality ofdeliveries.Meet with sales representatives toorder supplies/replenishment for tableware, cooking utensils, andcleaning items.Total receipts and balanceagainst sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end ofday.Responsible for storage of both food& beverage and operationalstock.Responsible for day-to day check on thestorage facilities for upkeep andhygiene.Should be able to follow standards forissuing and receiving stock within thestores.Should understand standards of HACCP instorage practices.Should possess reportingskills to be able to coordinate with the Cost Controller withproposals and day-to-day feedback on operational controlQHSE:Take reasonable care of your ownhealth and safety and not to put fellow employees and members ofthe public at risk by what you do or don't do in the courseof your work.Cooperate with any companyefforts to improve health and safety atwork.Comply with any reasonable instructiongiven to you in the interest of health andsafety.Not to interfere with or misuseanything that's provided for your health, safety orwelfare.Report any accidents, injuries, orillnesses you may suffer as a result of doing your work, or anyaccidents, injuries or illnesses you become aware of that involvesa fellow employee or member of the public at your place ofwork.
