Advanceddegrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) may bepreferred.JobDescriptionAs a MarineConstruction Manager within Oil & Gas site supervisionproject team, this role will be at the forefront of projectmanagement, responsible for monitoring, orchestrating the planning,execution, and successful delivery of project. The role encompassesstrategic planning, risk management, and maintaining effectivecommunication with stakeholders. The leadership and experience willbe pivotal in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of theproject.ResponsibilitiesEstablishesthe program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitorsthe draft and final deliverables for adherence to thesecriteria.Preparation of Method Statements RiskAssessments and construction phase plans/project execution plansfor review and approval by Clientrepresentatives.Plans, directs, supervises andcontrols the execution of all marine construction activities,technical, and administrative functions of the assignedproject.Work with management team to developconstruction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elementsof a project.Assists the management to deviseand execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns orschedule delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scopeof work.Monitors and reports to management onthe progress of all project activity within the program, includingsignificant milestones, and any conditions, which would affectproject cost or schedule.Some liaison withShared services personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedulesand overall project supportEstablishes regularmeetings to review package status and formulate actionitems.Performs other responsibilitiesassociated with this position as may beappropriate.Monitor progress and makeadjustments as needed.Provide leadership andcommitment to the Project HSSE and Qualityplan.Years ofExperiencesAt least 20 years ofworking experience, with 10 years similar offshore oil and gasprojects experience, with a proven track record of successfullydelivering projects on time and within budget arepreferred.
