We also look for:•5+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications with recent 5+ years of Consulting Experience of implementing Oracle Cloud - Fusion Apps and at least 3 end-to-end implementation engagements•Good understanding of HCM Business Processes and industry best practices•Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applicationsQualifications :5-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Ability to travel as needed. PRB
