Privacy Risk and ComplianceManager Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance and secondline of defense oversight to improve company-wide processes toestablish, measure and improve privacypractices.Solve complex business and securityproblems, while minimizing friction and maximizing productivity andimpact. Use data-driven arguments to make recommendations toleadership on architecture, resourcing, roadmaps, andprocesses.Partner with Cloud infrastructureteams, security, integrity, and cross-functional engineering teamsto develop a strategic roadmap to mature the privacy posture of thecompany.Implement maturity frameworks acrossmultiple programs factoring in emerging regulations and proactivedetection of risks.Broadly, this might besecuring end-to-end messaging encryption, protectingnext-generation gaming and media services from exploitation,validating secure boot processes and certificate storage, infusingsecurity into SoC hardware designs, and/or creating securityprograms for new product innovations.Become atrusted partner working cross-functionally with engineer, productand business teams building a deep understanding of how their teamswork, their needs and how privacy compliance can be operationalizedinto their teams.Support regulatory complianceefforts including controls testing, certifications, riskassessments, oversight and governance, external assessorcoordination, control design,, continuous monitoring, issuemanagement and remediation.Minimum Qualifications:15+ years of security, privacy,regulatory compliance domain experience in a cloud-native,engineering-heavy technology environment10+years of work experience in technical program management or otheroperational disciplines8+ years experiencewith public cloud (implementation, architecting environments,etc)Industry certifications such as AWSSolutions Architect, CIPP, or CISSP. Deep AWS, GCP,AzureKnowledge of industry risk frameworks andbest practices (PCI, ISO 27001, MITRE, COSO, ISO, NIST)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's orMaster's degree in a related discipline or equivalentexperienceExperience working with technicaland non technical stakeholdersProven trackrecord of delivering ambitious product, and/or organizational orprocess changesExperience in process designand process improvement in end-to-end product lifecyclecoordination INT
