These brands include major international andregional names such as Time Out Arabian Business Harper s Bazaar GQand ConstructionWeek.ITPMedia Group is looking for a talented dynamic videographer withexperience delivering highquality engaging video to create contentfor brands including Time Out Hotelier Caterer and CommercialInteriorDesign.Basedin ITP s Dubai Media City office the ideal candidate has a wealthof experience shooting for formats including social media awardstrailers and TVCs and a passion for visual storytelling andproduction.Onlyapplicants with a link to a relevant portfolio of work will beconsidered.RequirementsKeyresponsibilitiesResponsiblefor the video production of formats including Reels / TikTokinterviews live events vlogs and awardstrailers.Filmingon set and onlocationensuring all necessary equipment is ready and maintained in properworkingorder.Ensuringcorrectlightingand audio clarity with perfect lenschoice.Settingup and taking down cameras microphoneslightingprops and otherequipment.Troubleshootingminor technical issues with video cameras and associatedequipment.Ensuringconsistency infilmingand footage from start tofinish.Maintainingandupdatingequipmentinventory.Workingwithcreativeteams and clients to plan video shoots to an agreed brief orstoryboard.Trackingand working to an agreed schedule forfilmingprocesses and overallproduction.Undertakingminoreditingof footageafterrecording.Monitoringand staying up to date with video trends across a variety offormats including socialmedia.Selfsupervisingtimemanagement working toflexiblehours depending on shoottimingrequirements whichmayIncludeearly or late shoots andcoordinatingwith theproductionteam to work to an agreedcollaborativeschedule.KeyskillsExpertunderstanding of cinematography and lighting experience in foodvideographyessential.Experienceworking with: professional camera equipment such as Canon Mark 4and EOSR Song FX3 CR5 orsimilar;Audioequipment such as shotgun mics lapel mics; lighting / gripexperience.Experiencein preproduction / planning instudio and fieldproduction.Abilityto operate creatively dynamically and flexibly when situationschange.Strongunderstanding of software including Adobe Premiere Pro (AfterEffects desirable) Excel PowerPoint andOutlook.Excellentorganisational skills and ability to prioritiseaccordingly.Abilityto work quickly and to tight deadlines underpressure.Professionalapproach at alltimes.Fluentspoken English Arabicdesirable.Whatwe look for in a candidateCreativeacross everything from developing content strategy to how theyrespond tochallenges.Competitivekeeps a keen eye on the competition and wider industry for insightsintotrends.Energetica strong sense of humour and highfrequencypersonality.Persuasiveboth internally and externally with the ability to present ideaswith credibility sound reasoning andemotion.Accountablethe ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility for managingprojects from concept to fruition and has the ability toselfsupervise in order to meetdeadlines.Flexibleunderstands the fastpaced nature of the media landscape and iscomfortable pivoting when prioritieschange.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience.
