Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health disorders with a focus on sexual health.Therapeutic Interventions: Provide appropriate treatment plans, including medication management, psychotherapy, and other relevant interventions.Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other medical professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.Business Development: Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the clinic by participating in business planning, identifying new opportunities, and implementing innovative approaches to patient care.Leadership: Take on leadership roles within the team, such as leading case conferences, mentoring junior staff, or managing specific projects.Education and Advocacy: Stay updated on the latest developments in psychiatry and sexual health. Participate in educational and outreach programs to raise awareness about sexual medicine and related topics.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and internal quality standards.QualificationsEducation: MD in Psychiatry from an accredited institution.Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry.Licensing: Valid medical license to practice in (your jurisdiction/region).Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, startup culture, and growth strategies.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leadership roles or activities that require organizational and people-management skills.Interest in Sexual Medicine: Proven interest in sexual health and medicine, with the ability to integrate this focus into patient care.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
