Job details
Develop data processingapplications for the maintenance of premium records related to thedepartmentDesign a coding procedure to suitthe data processing system and input all with a view of easyretrievalAnalyse data and produce statisticalreports as may be required by the Management to control theunderwriting of the company'sbusiness.Prepare monthly and ad-hoccomputerized reports, which will assist the management ineffectively meeting the company'sobjectives.Organize and maintain allcomputerized and manual records to ensure smooth flow ofworkKeep informed on all matters related todata processing as well as relevant information related to therelevant business.Ensuring that the terms andconditions and all other particulars of the policies andendorsements are in accordance with what was underwritten andagreed upon.Work closely with SVP QualityControl in reviewing of policies and endorsements to ensure fullcompliance with prescribed underwriting guidelines, Industrystandards and Treaties.Discuss criticalfindings from the review of policies and endorsements and recommendnecessary actions to Underwriters.Required skills to besuccessful: High AnalyticalthinkingStrong ability to analyze andinterpret dataProactive andself-motivatedTime management and focuseddelivery of deadlinesAttention todetailsGood team player integrates and sharesknowledge and skillsAbility to perform underpressureWhat equips you forthe role: Bachelor Degree (Commerce/Science /Arts / Business Administration)Should have 2-3years of experience in General InsuranceUnderwritingExposure to Property insurance,Casualty, General Accidents, Liability, Engineering and Financiallines INT
