We are looking for an experiencedHead chef for our client inDoha, Qatar. A HeadChef or Chef de Cuisine is a culinary expert who oversees theoperations and staff of a restaurant or other dining facility'skitchen. Their duties include creating and maintaining a kitchenbudget, assigning tasks to other Chefs, and ensuring customersatisfaction by expediently dealing with any issues that mayarise.Head Chef duties andresponsibilities:Ensuringthat kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene, and cleanlinessstandardsStaying up-to-date with culinarytrends and kitchen processesDealing withsuppliers and ensuring that they supply quality goods at affordablepricesManaging the inventory and orderingstock as neededOverseeing the maintenance ofkitchen equipment and organizing repairs whenneededHandling staff issues, such as sickleave and attendance, and taking disciplinary action whennecessaryDeveloping new dishes and overhaulingmenus to attract more clientele Ensuring thatguests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinaryexperienceHead Chefskills andqualifications:Withgood luxury experience in the hotel industry in the middle east,experience in Qatar is anadvantage.The ability toconstantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-pacedenvironmentExcellent organizational skills toensure the smooth running of a kitchenIn-depthknowledge of all the sections in a kitchen to efficiently manageoperationsStrong leadership skills toeffectively manage and motivate a kitchenteamSolid financial acumen, including theability to manage a budgetCreativity andsuperior culinary skills to create exceptional dishes for anestablishments menuComputer literacy,including a working knowledge of relevant software programs, suchas a point-of-sale system and MicrosoftOfficeBusiness acumen to make sound decisionsregarding things like menu prices and kitchenprocessesRemoteWork : No INT
