KeyResponsibilities:Design &Coordination:Collaborate with projectteams to develop BIM execution plans andstandards.Manage and coordinate the creationmodification and distribution of BIM models anddata.Conduct regular quality control checks onBIM models and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with projectrequirements.Assist project teams in clashdetection and resolution by identifying and resolving conflicts inBIM models.Train and support project teammembers in the effective use of BIM software andtools.Keep up to date with industry trends andadvancements in BIM technology and bestpractices.Assist in the development andimplementation of BIMrelated workflows andprocesses.Assist in the preparation andcoordination of BIMrelated documentation such as BIM projectexecution plans BIM standards and model deliveryrequirements.Participate in project meetingsand provide BIMrelated updates and recommendations to projectteams.Quality check of model and model data inaccordance with thecontract.KeyQualifications:Recentprevious experience (within the last 6 to 8 years) in a BIM rolefor major residential Highrise projects.B.Arch. Mechanical Engineering for MEP.Provenexperience as a BIM Coordinator or a BIM Specialist in civilengineering projects.Strong understanding ofcivil & MEP engineering principles andpractices.Attention to detail and ability toproduce accurate drawings.Effectivecommunication and collaborationskills.Knowledge of relevant industrystandards and regulations.Vertical:Digital EngineeringRemote Work : No INT
