Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Requirements:4-6 years of experience in full stack software development.Proficiency in Node.js and React.js.Ability to write good unit test cases and coverage up to 95% of his/her code.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.Strong understanding of software development best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for learning and self-improvement.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient React/Node.js applications for both frontend and backend.Design and implement user interfaces using React.js & Vite.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Troubleshoot and debug issues reported in production environments.Write clean, maintainable, testable and reusable code.Additional Skills (Beneficial):Experience with microservices architecture.Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.Ability to design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant microservices.About USSmart Ship© Hub is a fast-growing digital platform for global maritime.
