Job descriptionPosition: Credit AnalystQualification: A Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business or a Semi Qualified CA (dropped)Location: Mumbai (Mulund West)Job Description: -• Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance• Internal risk assessment and data analysis of proposals using MS Excel• Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis• Evaluating clients' credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment• Interaction with Financial Institutions and Clients for due diligence and documentation.Key Expectations -Good understanding of financial analysis of companiesIntermediate level skills in MS Office - Good Keyboard skills and knowledge of shortcuts in MS ExcelUnderstanding of various banking asset productsWhile we would prefer someone with up to a year of relevant experience, even freshers with a good knack for Excel and an interest in building a career in real estate finance are encouraged to apply.
