MonitoringMonitors work execution and providesguidance to ensure statutory and company guidelines and standardsare followed.Studies, evaluates and recommendsproposals for plant modification or improvement, including thepreparation of appropriate scheduling.Reviewsmodifications requests and comments on the same at differentstages.Undertakes audits to ensure contractorcompliance with company safetyprocedures.Ensures that timely, accurate andregular reports on maintenance activities, equipment availabilityand permit requirements are prepared and submitted to theOperations Department Manager and other relevantpersonnelMinimumRequirementsDiploma in an Engineering disciplineor equivalent.At least 4 years'experience in a major processingplant.Familiar with international and UAErefinery industry standards and protocols.Haveknowledge of the Oil and Gas IndustryHaveexcellent communication and interpersonalskillsAbility to build relationships withstaff and contractors with a focus oncollaboration.Excellent organizational,management and planning skillsStrong decisionmaking abilityAbility to manage multipleprioritiesAbility to engage in technicaldiscussionsLeadership and trainingexperienceKnowledge of business applicationsincluding MAXIMOGood verbal knowledge andwritten English. Knowledge of Arabic ispreferable INT
