Job details
Responsible for the inventory ofthe spare parts, monitoring and managing the inventory on a regularbasis.Assisting the Service Engineers with theservice inquiries coming from thecustomers.Answering the questions of customersregarding the services schedule.Keeping theinstruments, customers and service contracts database of allexisting customers and updating themregularly.Monitoring smooth transactions ofservice operation performed by the ServiceEngineers.Performing all administrativesupports such as filling records, maintaining a weekly report fromService Engineers, reporting directly to Line Manager for everycircumstance occurred.Preparing all requireddocuments required regarding new installation to ensure and provideappropriate customer servicesatisfaction.Coordinating with the Sales& Accounts Departments to monitor transactions for spareparts orders, invoicing of service contract andpayments.Monitoring progress of job orders andservice contracts.
