Job Description The Chief of Staff plays a crucial role in supporting key product risk leaders and providing strategic assistance in the evolving risk function. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this position is integral to the success of the overall risk function, interacting closely with internal clients and stakeholders.Main responsibilities • Serving as counsel and support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO); • Assuming day-to-day responsibility for oversight of projects and daily tasks of the global risk function; • Creating and maintaining cross-departmental and cross-geographies relationships to enable leadership success; • Be a Strategic Partner who provides ongoing support to the CRO and the Risk Executive team. This responsibility includes Internal and external communications and Operational support; • Interacting with the Executive Committee, the Board and its Risk Committee, Audit, Regulators and other stakeholders, both internal and internal and responding to demands thereof and preparing deliverables. The role is a key conduit for ensuring all stakeholders' deliverables meet expected quality standards and strategic positioning.• Expands the CRO and CRO team's bandwidth, resources and delivery; • Supporting the CRO office in its contribution to the International Risk management efforts;• Relationship Builder - A Chief of Staff must be well connected with those reporting into the executive level throughout the company and others across the organisation to influence outcomes;• Meeting & Event Preparation; Project Management; Strategic Planning; Budgeting and talent development.experience :Higher university education in business or finance;Professional experience in risk management, audit or similar areas 7 years+ experience preferred;analysis skills and project management skills;Ability to communicate effectively in a well-structured, logical and concise way;Negotiation skills and solution-oriented approach;Ability to work under pressure;Team spirit;Highly motivated;Fluent in English (written and spoken);Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package PRB
