Recognized Certifications in Asset and/or Project Management will be an added advantage.• 5+ years of experience in program/project management.• Experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.• Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies and developing mitigation plans.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on insights along with the capability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and experience in best practices that include ISO 55000 series and/or IMA practices and other relevant standards.Knowledge of asset management processes, including planning, acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal, and understanding the importance of data quality, accuracy, and security in asset management.Should possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
