Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Manager at Nischay Weddings. The Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of weddings, managing a team of wedding planners, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring that every event is flawlessly executed. This role is based in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in event planning and managementGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFlexibility and adaptabilityKnowledge of wedding industry trends and practicesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related fieldExperience in a lead or managerial role is preferred PRB
