Drive revenue across a world class portfolioof cultural and leisure assets by ensuring that proper Marketingand Sales strategies; processes, resources are in place. Thisposition oversees the marketing and sales strategy and plans forMiral Destinations and respective leisurefacilities.JobScopeBrandand communication strategy: manage iconic brands to maximize valueand position each leisure facility consistently. MarketingIntelligence and research - drive data-informed decisionmaking by delivering bespoke customer and market insights as wellas trend-spotting and benchmarking Customer experience, customerrelationship management and digital marketing -guaranteeing that all direct customer touch-points are drivingcustomer value, word of mouth and are on brand Oversee and briefnecessary Corporate and Consumer PR, crisis management and internalcommunication - ensuring consistent and strong messagingboth internally and externally Corporate social responsibilityprograms - work on a strategy and initiatives to maximizeMiral Destination's community efforts Internalcommunications - advise on Internal Communications andsupport positioning and communications to ensure messaging is onBrand Sponsorships and marketing partnerships - usingbrand IP to generate monetary and in-kind value for assets Synergy- maximize marketing efficiencies by creating synergiesbetween the assets and opportunities with Yas Island and Abu Dhabistakeholders and partners Departmental P&L Management,Budgets and Operating Expenses Control including Overall GroupMarketing and Sales spend. Assess effectiveness of Marketinginitiatives through the use of Return On Investment tools Ensureconsistency in Marketing and Sales plans Define sales processesthat drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements whereand when required Put in place infrastructure and systems tosupport the success of marketing and sales function Create,implement and coordinate a best-in-class sales process, includingappropriate sales force effectiveness tools, training andcommunications to achieve sales performance targets Monitorcustomer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback tocompany leadership team and other company functions Oversee theestablishment and maintenance of relationships with industryinfluencers and drive relationships with stakeholders and partnersto ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Ensure timely engagementand dialogue with key strategic partners to maximize sales andmarketing of key assets The ability to onboard new assets andestablish high functioning teams to support sales and marketingactivities INT
