To overview operations of theAccessories department in the boutiqueFollowup with the area managers to ensure optimization of the stock levelusageParticipate in setting up the purchaseplanEnsure all team members are following theestablished procedures of ordering/transfer…etcDevelop, with theMarketing Manager, the yearly calendar and oversee marketingactivities implementationAssist the DivisionManager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network andpreparing the yearly budgetsParticipate withthe Division manager in strategic meetings with suppliers andregional teams to negotiate commercialconditionsFollow up on daily sales vsmonthly/yearly target and take action whennecessaryCoordinate with suppliers,contractors, logistics and merchandizing in regards of opening,closing and/or renovationMaintain smoothrelationship with the suppliers and business partners to implementpartnershipAttend Managers' meetingsto review the shops performance and provide regular feedback toDivision managerEnsure the best level ofcustomer service.Manage, engage, and guide theteam reporting to him/herSet the objectivesand budgets for own team members and ensure theiraccomplishmentResponsible for coaching andtraining own team members INT
