We arelooking for a (customer service, support, and care)representative.Weare hiring a (customer service, support,and care) to manage customer queries andcomplaints.You will also be asked to processorders, make modifications, and escalate complaints across a numberof communication channels.To do well in thisrole, you need to be able to remain calm when customers arefrustrated and have experience working withcomputers.We are looking for a customersupport specialist to assist our customers with technical problemswhen using our products and services.Customersupport specialist responsibilities include resolving customerqueries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users throughfeatures and functionalities.A customerservice responsibility includes introducing relevant and essentialinformation to new customers, providing quality service promptly,and developing and maintaining a vast knowledge of the products andservices being offered.They are alsoresponsible for conducting surveys on the products or services andcommunicating customerfeedback.
