MDTS agronomistshares this purpose with four clear objectives to fulfull thepurpose. 1) Conduct agronomic and other trials to provide evidenceof VP to support and develop marketing materials for product launch2) Drive and support business in premarketing and sales tocustomers of new products 3) contribute to the product developmentprocess in accolade and provide product development agronomy andmarket development support 4) Build the capabilities of MDTS sharedagronomy platform customer needs identification innovation pipelineand standard process to commercialization.KeyResponsibilities: Contribute to and manage the MDTS agronomy database (ARMsystem). Support MDTS regional agronomist andregional sales with internal VP training and customerpresentations. Design implement and report onfield trials for value proposition determination andevidence. Participate in the accolade processfor Technical Review Economic review Research Plan andResource. Requirements: This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Riyadh SaudiArabia. Bachelors degree inAgricultural Science Soil Science or Agronomy.510 years of experience practicing agronomy withextensive exposure to product development processes.Advanced working knowledge in soil fertility cropnutrition and soil nutrient management. Provenexpertise in a scientific discipline preferably in soil science orchemistry demonstrated through a doctoral degree and/or publicationof relevant scientific papers. Proficiency instatistical analysis and using appropriate methods andsoftware. Excellent laboratory experienceincluding development and adaptation of chemical analysismethods. Proficient in written and spokenEnglish. Willingness to continuously improveand learn new knowledge and skills.Willingness to engage in fieldwork.High capability to learn and develop otheremployees. Organize and carry out fertilizerresearch experiments with objectives including: Development of new fertilizer grades.Development of new methods for This Company fertilizerapplication. Improvement of This Companyfertilizer products. Development of fertilizerprograms. Competenciesin agronomy including trial/experiment design execution analysisreporting training and marketing.Collaboration in ongoing research projects focusing onintegrated soilplant management soil fertility and nutrient supplyfertilizers and fertilization efficiency sustainability andenvironmental issues. Work closely withT&I researchers to develop new fertilizer products.Ability to collaborate closely with individuals from thefertilizer business to expand the product portfolio.Agronomy,Product,Development,Soil,Nutrient INT
