OurClient, an insurance and investment organization, is seeking anBusiness Intelligence AnalystLocation: NewYork, NYJobSummary:Business Intelligence Analyst will beexpected to gather, interrogate, and leverage data across multipleplatforms both internally and externally in order to developinsights that will assist management with making better businessYou will be expected to extract and analyze data from multiple,disparate data sources to expose and understand trends as well ascreate conclusions with actionable steps based on the Creatingdashboards that can be used to drive outcomes and decisions thatdrive business value is a critical component of this You will beexpected to use various tools, techniques, and methods to increaseinsight into the business, with the ability to present findingsclearly to executive You will collaborate and build relationshipsacross multiple areas of the organization and teams to facilitatedelivery of meaningfulRequirements:DataAnalytics Specialist will be expected to demonstrate stronganalytical skills, with the ability to work with, analyze, andunderstand large amounts of Must have strong skills in datavisualization and data Extensive experience with PowerBI isStrategicthinking and planning with regard to design decisions for the buildout of a data science program andMust havestrong communication Meeting directly with management team tounderstand business challenges/issues and be able to translatethose requirements into dataYou willalso be expected to demonstrate a strong attention to detail andcritical thinking skills with the ability to understand trends andcreate conclusions based on findings inBachelor sdegree in Computer Science orEngineeringAnalyticalprogramming skills and data modeling experience using a variety ofmodelingMust befamiliar with good development methodologies and datamodelingExcellentwritten and verbalAssist indevelopment of business requirements documentation and useracceptance test (UAT)Completionof ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by theQualificationsReinsuranceoperations groupConsolidatedata dashboards, drill down on details, dataanalyticsCreateand design power BI reports, rearrange and consolidatedashboardsDataanalyst excel, technology side, analysis group, pull info on aweekly basis and run analysis, what are trends value INT
