Work and performed in accordanceof specification and work instruction arefollowed.Reporting progress, maintainproductions record and monitor materialusage.Liaise with project manager and ownerrepresentative to ensure that other department are synchronized andmet set target.Ensuring efficient andeffective manpower loading on completionprogram.Identifying and act upon opportunitiesfor improvement to work & safety relatedmatters.Participate in accident investigation,root cause analysis and provide assistance in preparingreports.Implement the day-to-day operationsassigned for the department / Section to ensure compliance with theestablished standard and procedures.Motivate,direct, align and guide the team for the best performance, monitorperformance and provide continuous appraisal andfeedback.Foreman-Sr. is expected to resolveall work related issues by finding the way to do the jobs asinstructed.Exercise discipline at the worksite to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices andidleness.Liaise with other discipline foremen/ supervision to ensure the optimum utilization of availableresources, with the overall objective of successful completion ofthe project.Create progress reports on a dailybasis and ensure that any significant information is communicatedto the supervisor i.e. resource shortfalls, surplus, HSEQconcerns.Provide feedback regardingperformance appraisal of workers to the department manager viasupervisor when required.Assist the seniorforeman and supervisors in planningactivities.Ensure that the workers areproperly supplied with machineries, tools, equipment and materialsand everything is in proper order and state ofmaintenance.Perform inspections to ensure thatthe workers performance is up to the setstandards.
