Acting as second-in-command to themanager, and taking care of all duties in theirabsence.Assisting the Manager with operationalissues.Scheduling meetings and team buildingsessions as required.Promptly answering thequestions of staff and otherstakeholders.Providing excellent customerservice and maintaining relationships withvendors.Preparing and filing forms and otherdocuments.Assisting with recruitment andonboarding processes.Taking inventory andordering office supplies as needed.Updatinglogs and order forms.Analyzing all operationsand forwarding suggestions for improvement to theManager.
