Defines performance goals at thestart of the year in discussion with the General Manager, Serviceand ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of theyear.Drives revenue growth by planning andimplementing new business strategy, addressing lost salesopportunities with key focus on Bodyshop and Fleet Service businessdevelopment to increase customer retention through penetration andmarketing development.CoreResponsibilitiesDevelop Business Plans includingproduct market positioning, growth potential, and profitabilitytargets for any new opportunity in line with setobjectives.Build tailor-made service contractpricing and SLA with fleet customers to enhanceretention.Work closely with the AftersalesMarketing team in implementing a marketing plan to enhance customerretention and penetration.Research competitorproducts, and prices and provide market studies on potentialbusiness opportunities for the product line based on the fullunderstanding of current car parc and itsevolution.Visit the market and meet customersto build and maintain senior-level client relationships and stronginternal and external networks.Responsible fornegotiating business matters with clients, preparation ofproposals, and submission of quotations.Manageprojects related to Business Development utilizing professionalproject management techniques.Increasebusiness for Service by identifying opportunities, analyzingcustomer databases, and other means of generating businessinterest.Develop new accounts whilecontinuously monitoring the performance of existing accounts andidentify new opportunities and solutions to enhanceretention.Closely work with AftersalesMarketing Team to plan for Parts & Service marketingactivities to increase inter-functional teamwork with AftersalesMarketing team and all other (Service & Parts) SeniorManagement and staff.Undertake additionalresponsibility as per the operationalrequirement.Understand and implement thecompany QHSE and OSH policy. Allocate responsibility for the QHSEmanagement system and delegate authority.Leadin QHSE Risk Management activities within their department ensuringthat the methods and systems of work are safe and appropriate forthe betterment of the operation. Also, the necessary procedures,rules, and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated,published, and applied. INT
