JobDetailsKeyResponsibilities Assist inmanaging and supporting various litigationprocesses.Review, negotiate, draft, and revisecommercial contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosureagreements, procurement agreements, andmore.Handle real property transactions,including leases.Manage the intake of contractrequests and conduct internal client interviews to understandissues and provide advice on bestpractices.Maintain strong businessrelationships with internal groups requiring legalsupport.Keep the legal department informed ofsignificant developments in a timely manner, using sound businessand legal judgment.Exhibit leadership andteamwork skills to foster a collaborativeenvironment.Provide legal support in specificareas as directed by the GeneralCounsel.Maintain confidentiality and exercisediscretion in all tasks.Perform additionaljob-related duties as assigned.RequirementsProven experience in the legalfield.Familiarity with a variety of legaldocuments.Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.Effective atbuilding rapport with clients.Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills.Musthold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schooland have passed the California State BarExamination.A minimum of two (2) years of workexperience prior to attending law school, with a preference forcandidates with litigation supportexperience.
