Implement the agreed Talent Enablementoperational action plan focusing on organization culture, workloadanalysis, and job design for the LMS.Managingthe LMS through managing the user experience, course creation,content upload, and system configuration and ensuring that the LMSis running smoothly and that all users have access to theappropriate training materials.Design employeelearning journey per classification and career path and ensureemployee completion and measure KPIs related to theplatform.Ensure system optimization andperformance by staying up to date to the systems updates and newfeatures in the LMS software, implementing best practices, andtroubleshooting any issues that arise.Ensuretraining users on how to use the LMS effectively through creatingtraining materials, conducting workshops, and offering ongoingsupport to users who have questions or issues with thesystem INT
