Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leading Railway System Company in Dubai. We are looking for a BIM Coordinator. Responsibilities Job Description : Assist the BIM Manager in executing the BIM Management Plan and BIM Execution Plan for projects including data exchange processes and the configuration of the Common Data Environment (CDE). Coordinate the creation and maintenance of BIM models in compliance with project requirements. Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders through BIM collaboration tools. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within BIM models through effective data management protocols. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and seamless sharing of information with other discipline teams. Enforce design guidelines, standards, and procedures to maintain quality and consistency across BIM deliverables. Utilize BIM software applications, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, effectively. Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and software enhancements. Support the BIM Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 principles. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM coordination processes and workflows. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and the project's EDMS (Electronic Documents Management Tool), BIM 360 DOCS Facilitate the exchange of BIM data, resolve coordination issues, and ensure compliance with BIM standards such as BS1192-2007 and PAS1192_2. Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial documentation. Profile / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on Railway Telecommunication Systems (CCTV, ACS, PAVA/PIDS, SICS, Master Clock, UPS, IT, TEL, and VRS). Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and collaboration tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively work with external and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with BIM standards, including BS1192-2007, PAS1192_2, and PAS1192_3. Experience in facilitating the exchange of BIM data with external partners and resolving coordination issues. Experience in managing digital outputs within project teams and promoting seamless sharing of information. Understanding of COBie (Construction Operation Building Information Exchange) delivery and ISO 19650 principles.
