Job Title: Registered Nurse(Arabic) Job Type:PermanentJob Location: AbuDhabi JobDescription: As a Registered Nurse at our healthcarefacility in Abu Dhabi you will play a vital role in deliveringcomprehensive nursing care to patients across various medicalspecialities. You will work collaboratively with amultidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess planimplement and evaluate patient care interventions in accordancewith established standards and protocols.KeyResponsibilities:Provide direct patient care includingassessments monitoring medication administration wound care andother nursing interventions ensuring the safety comfort andwellbeing of patients at all times.Collaboratewith physicians specialists and other members of the healthcareteam to develop and implement individualized care plans based onpatients unique needs conditions andpreferences.Maintain accurate and uptodatepatient records including nursing assessments care plans progressnotes and medication administration records in accordance withregulatory requirements and organizationalpolicies.Educate patients and their familiesabout their health conditions treatment plans medications andselfcare practices empowering them to actively participate in theircare and make informed decisions.Adhere toinfection control protocols safety standards and regulatoryguidelines to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safeand hygienic environment for patients staff andvisitors.Monitor and evaluate patientsresponses to treatments and interventions recognizing and promptlyaddressing any changes in their condition or unexpectedcomplications.Participate in qualityimprovement initiatives performance improvement activities andinterdisciplinary rounds to enhance patient outcomes optimizehealthcare delivery processes and promote a culture of continuousimprovement.Maintain professional competenceand stay updated on best practices evidencebased guidelines andadvances in nursing practice through ongoing education training andprofessional developmentactivities.Demonstrate professionalismintegrity empathy and respect in all interactions with patientsfamilies colleagues and other stakeholders fostering a positive andsupportive healthcare environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent froman accredited institution.With aDOH/DHA license orDOH/DHAEligibility.Must have a minimumof 2 years experience in Hospital / Homecare / Medical Center as aNurse or fresh graduate.Does not have a gap ofpractice for more than 6 monthsFluent inEnglish & Arabic.Skills:Strong clinical assessmentCritical thinkingProblemsolvingskills.Remote Work : No INT
