Job details
• Identify and research potentialdelegate prospects within our targetindustries.• Develop and executeoutreach strategies to engage potentialdelegates.• Communicate the value ofour events and conferences to prospectivedelegates.• Manage the end-to-enddelegate acquisition process, from initial contact toregistration.• Build and maintain apipeline of potential delegates.•Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop compellingmessaging and materials.• Monitor andreport on delegate acquisition performance and adjust strategies asneeded.• Stay updated on industrytrends and competitors to identify newopportunities.Qualifications:•Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or a relatedrole.• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.• Excellentnegotiation and persuasion abilities.•Self-motivated with a results-drivenmindset.• Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.• Proficiency inemail, excel and word.• Knowledge ofthe events or conference industry is aplus.
