Join us and shape the future ofMars.What are we lookingfor?Bachelor's degree inAccounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred5+years of hands-on business planning and forecasting experience(preferably within the CPG FMCGindustry)Strong statistical management andmodeling skillsDemonstrated financial acumenand solid working knowledgeAbility totranslate future FP&A trends into actionablestrategiesProficiency in assessing andaligning new business models with key performance indicators (KPIs)to drive successSkilled in integratingbusiness strategies into systems and managementprocessesWhat will be your keyresponsibilities?Understand business forecast andplanning process and translate GBU / Region requirements intopredictive solutionsAct as first point ofcontact for business user questions/issues and initiate theresolutionEnsure coordinated process flowbetween business and technical teamTestcontinuous improvement developments, issue resolutions and newlydeployed unitsEngage end users in training andcoaching on AI Driver Based Financial ForecastSolutionConfigure and maintain impactfulreports generating insights and work with Reporting Team to buildpredictive data into Reporting Dashboards on the datalakeCollaborate with Data Model team to ensureend-to-end solutions andsustainabilityTransform and implement themulti-dimensional drivers (internal and external) and algorithmicengine of predictive solutionsInform annualdrivers and model review with GBU / Regions and incorporateadjustmentsWhat can you expectfrom Mars?Work with over 130,000 diverse andtalented Associates, all guided by the FivePrinciples.Join a purpose driven company,where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow,today.Best-in-class learning and developmentsupport from day one, including access to our in-house MarsUniversity.An industry competitive salary andbenefits package, including companybonus.
