Supply ChainCoordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects ofthe internal and external supply chain, ensuring timely movement ofraw materials, components, and finishedproducts.InventoryManagement: Maintain accurate inventory records,implement effective stock control procedures, and minimize storagecosts.TransportationManagement: Organize and manage the transportationof goods, including scheduling deliveries, selecting carriers, andnegotiating rates.CustomsClearance (if applicable): Oversee the customsclearance process for imported and exported goods, ensuringcompliance with allregulations.Warehouse OperationsSupport: Assist with warehouse operations, includingreceiving, storing, picking, packing, and shippinggoods.ProductionSupport: Provide logistical support to productionprocesses, ensuring timely availability of materials andcomponents.Documentation& Reporting: Maintain accurate andup-to-date logistics documentation, and prepare reports oninventory levels, delivery schedules, and other keymetrics.QualityAssurance: Contribute to quality assurance effortsby ensuring proper handling and storage of materials andproducts.You're an Ideal Fit if YouHave:A minimum of 2 years of experience ina logistics or supply chain role, preferably within themanufacturing industry.Strong understanding oflogistics principles and bestpractices.Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksand meet deadlines.Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Stronganalytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify andaddress potential logistical issues.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with various departments within theorganization.Fluency in English and Arabic isa strong asset.
