Responsibilities:Assistingand advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of traveloptions.Making reservations for customersbased on their various requirements and budgetaryallowances.Checking the availability ofaccommodation or transportation on the customers' desiredtravel dates.Helping plan travel itinerariesby suggesting local tourist attractions and places ofinterest.Processing payments and sendingconfirmation details to customers.Sorting outany issues that may arise with bookings orreservations.Selling and promoting reservationservices.Answering any questions customersmight have about the reservationprocess.Up-selling, when appropriate, byinforming customers of additional services or special packages,such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgradedseats/accommodations.Providing support tocustomers who may need to amend or cancel areservation.
