GENERALDESCRIPTION Implements medical visitstrategy at country level and manages a team of regional managers& medical representatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRoll out and ensure operational monitoring of the regional medicalstrategy:Implement an action plan in line with the medical visitingplan Organize events involving healthprofessionals in conjunction with medicalrelations Be a creative force for implementingcommunication and eventrelated materialsAnalyze quantitative and qualitative dashboards: interpretingresults circulating information implementing corrective action andfollowing up on activity Allocate resourceswhile optimizing ROI Ensure synergy with commercial teams toincrease sellout Responsible for meeting thesales target quotas for the medical team (SellIn)Manage and drive the team in line with medical detailings strategyof excellence: Organizecoordinate manage and motivate the team Guideprofessional development / monitoring of medical representatives:continuous assessment of scientific product and regulatoryknowledge and proficiency in communication techniques and tools(CRM/CLM platform) Monitor and drive the teamssectorial actionplansDevelop local medicalrelations Identify localKOLs and propose them to Medical Relations professional relationswith KOLs and institutional partnersCoordinate organization of and participation in congresses andsymposia in thescope.Ensure links and collaboration with headquarterbased teams(marketing medical relations sales digitaletc.): Ensure competitiveand environmental monitoring related to medical activity and feedit back up to medical hub team. Ensuretraining and respect of both internal and external ethicalstandards regarding relations with healthprofessionalsKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS ANDABILITIESMEDICAL DETAILING SKILLS:Pharmaceutical background preferably with dermatology experience.Targeting and segmentation followup Builds an interactive andcustomized dialogue with the physician Treats objections obtainsprescriptions Creates and updates the physiciansfile SCIENTIFICKNOWLEDGE: Knows skin and hairphysiopathologies and the medical environment Knows our productsand competition (formulas and patients benefits) Develops oneslocal medical network Knows regulatory constraints. Peoplemanagement skills preferably know how to managemanagers.
