Pakistan's premier recruitment agency,Taraki , is seeking aHead of Group Strategy and Planningto support the CEO of our client, OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited .OLP : A leading non-banking financial company focused on empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Pakistan with innovative financial products and services.Who You Are:Mid-career professional with an MBA or CFA and experience in financial services (DFI, Mutual Funds, Banking) or business analysis. The ideal candidate will have:Proven analytical skills with a knack for data-driven insights
Financial savvy with leasing metrics (cash flow, ROI, risk)
Excellent communicator (written & verbal), adept at presentations and stakeholder engagement
Strategic thinker who contributes to long-term business plans
Detail-oriented (accuracy in data and reporting) and Tech-proficient (visio, PowerBI)
Discreet and confidential (in handling sensitive information)What You'll Do:Partner with the CEO in developing and refining business strategies, leveraging data analysis, market research, and industry trends
Provide comprehensive operational support, managing the MD secretariat team, and preparing impactful briefing materials
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.) to gather data, align strategies, and drive company-wide initiatives
Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems, proposing improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, sometimes leading special projects
Conduct in-depth data analysis on leasing operations, financial performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights
Prepare and compile regular management reports, including financial performance updates, operational KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses for the CEOWhy this position?Work directly with an experienced multinational CEO: Gain invaluable insights from a leader who oversees business operations across 3 regions
